Daily budget

The cap is DAILY_BUDGET_USD (default 5) unless you set one here; yours lasts until midnight UTC. When today’s estimated cost (drawings plus prompt tests) reaches it, drawing with Claude pauses in every world (“The sketchbook is out of ink for today”); presets, blocks and everything else keep working.
